A seasoned researcher with a PhD in Management and an MPhil in Business Economics, she has led and collaborated on numerous national and international research projects across sectors. Her expertise lies in translating complex data into actionable insights that drive brand, business, and people strategies. 

At BBP, Sabi heads Research, HR, and Strategic Audits — ensuring that every solution is rooted in evidence, every system is people-first, and every process is future-fit.
