Challenge
Customers had Impex positioned in their minds as an offer brand or a second option brand during festive season sales. That notion had to be changed.
Results
With effective strategy plans and marketing techniques, the preconceived notion of customers was removed. Impex had a hike in sales with back to back advertisements in major dailies like Malayala Manorama, Mathrubhumi etc. Not only there was sales increase, but the brand image and positioning also had the best change.
